Administrator  

Location: Emsworth / Chichester area- There will be a possible opportunity to work hybrid once fully trained  

Hours of work : 37.5 hours , you will be required to be available between 7,45 and 8.15pm to work shifts .

You will work 7.5 hours a day and will only work 5 days we week
You will need to work one out of three weekends but you will be given the time off during the week when you do so
Your  rota will be provided 6 weeks in advance  

Salary: £19500 plus the opportunity for this to increase quickly and a chance to earn a 5% bonus

Due to an incredibly busy period our client is looking to recruit an administrator to support them with a specialist team  

As an Administrator you will be responsible for the following
  • To support a team of specialist in managing customers with their expectations
  • Data processing of highly confidential information
  • Gathering relevant information in order to process cases and manage customers’ expectations
  • To update and maintain as busy database
  • Typing and sending of documents
  • Managing emails with professionalism
  • Assisting with some calls / welcome calls
  • Transferring calls to relevant departments or providing information to customers
  • Providing customers with information to support their needs and relevant links / website information to assist them
  The ideal Administrator will
  • Have previous administration skills
  • Will have their own transport due to the location of the offices
  • Will be competent in using Microsoft Office
  • Will have good customer service skills and experience
  • Will have the ability to work to deadlines and multitask
