Job Description

Administrator- Remote
 
Location : Home working / Offices In Petersfield
Whilst this position will be fully remote working role you MUST be available to travel to the offices in Petersfield to collect equipment and also go to the offices twice a month for training 
 
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
 
Salary: £11.00 to £12.00 per hour
 
Duration: ongoing
 
Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well established award winning business who are based in the Petersfield area
 
Due to a busy period our client is looking to recruit an Administrator on a temporary basis

As an Administrator the role will involve corresponding with many customers, different teams and departments, and as such a team player with excellent communication skills is essential. The role will require patience, persistence and an ability to deal with challenging customers, both on the telephone and in writing.

You will also be held responsible for managing high importance administrative tasks

As an Administrator you will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • To assist within a specialist team where you will support with legal administration 
  • Monitor a busy email / inbox
  • Liaising with third party suppliers both internally and externally to support with the legal documents
  • Debt recovery work, taking payments and arranging payment plans with customers 
  • Accurate letter writing,
  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
  • Uploading new cases onto the system
  • Updating the internal databases with accurate information regarding correspondence from customers and third parties
  • To ensure that compliance is adhered to and FCA regulations are met
  • To adhere to Data Protection Act regulations 
  • Scanning documents, issue documents, statements and other paperwork to file 
  • Calling courts and making enquiries 
  • Discussing and agreeing payment plans with customers, and recording these on the system as required
  • Updating and maintaining various spreadsheets

  • Will be available asap and happy to commit to 3 months

  • Excellent attention to detail, proven decision making
  • Adaptable, flexible and able to multi-task
