Administrator – Hybrid working 

Location : Epsom, KT18, although you will be able to work from home three days per week 

Duration: This is a three-month contract initially

Hours of work: you will work 37.5 hours per week , and you must be available to work between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota basis and you will then be given a day off in lieu

Salary: £12.31 per hour

Dynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a very well-established award-winning business who are based in Epsom

Due to a busy period our client is looking for additional administration support in one of their specialist departments on a temporary ongoing basis
Our client provide a very specialist service to their customers and this position will require a skilled administrator to support with all round admin tasks in a new business team

As a New Business Administrator your tasks would include the following
  • Processing of new client proposals into the system
  • Activating contracts
  • In all operations, to exercise a customer focus in the provision of service and sales support to the TFS,LFS and Redline field teams,Network Support and Dealer network.
  • Giving settlement figures to the Dealer Centre network and assisting generally with any queries generated by our network of Dealer Centres.
  • Dealing with day to day telephone queries from the call centre as well as other areas of the business
  • Managing customers expectations via email and on the telephone whilst transferring calls where necessary
  • General post duties required on a rota basis
  • Any other appropriate duties as required by line manager.
  • Completing all round data processing and administrative tasks
The ideal Administrator will have / be
  • PC literate – Word and Excel
  • Experience in investigation techniques
  • Will be a confident communicator
  • Will be a logical thinker
  • Will have previous experience within administration in a wok place
  • Will have good numeracy skills
  • Will have great attention to detail
  • Ability to create statistics and perform analysis with a view to deliver to senior management
  • Experience in a financial Service or insurance background would be advantageous although this isn’t essential
  • Will be available immediately and happy to commit to 3 months
