Job Description

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Administrator to join one of our clients based in Southampton. Our client is a leading independent vehicle dealership so any experience of working in the automotive industry would be hugely beneficial but it is not essential! 
This is a full-time, permanent role
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
Salary is £21,000 P/A to £23,000 P/A 
The duties include:
* Working to high volumes of warranty paperwork 
* Working closely with all internal departments to ensure a smooth-running
* Advise customers on suited parts for their vehicles 
* Carrying out all admin tasks which will includes invoicing, stock checking, placing orders, processing payments
* Other Adhoc duties may be required
Experience needed:
* ANY knowledge or experience of working in the automotive industry would be hugely beneficial 
* You need to have previously worked within an administrator's position to be considered
* Knowledge of the Kerridge system would be an advantage 
* Great customer service and computer skills!
