Dynamite recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a very well-established Freight Forwarding business based in Southampton. Due to recent success and growth, our client is looking to recruit a Temporary Administrator to join their team- this will become a permanent position for the right person
The successful applicant will join a busy department supporting internal departments by creating and processing shipping documentation.

The successful applicant will join a busy department supporting internal departments by creating and processing shipping documentation.
As an Administrator you will be responsible for
- Data Inputting of important documentation
- Processing daily shipments with accuracy onto the system
- Receipting goods in
- Liaising with customers and hauliers via email and on the telephone
- Supporting with Invoicing
- Administration support to various internal departments
The ideal Administrator will be / have.
- Excellent administrative skills
- Very good attention to detail
- Being able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Will have good communication/ customer service skills and experience
- Have the flexibility to work overtime throughout busy periods.
- Previous experience within Transport, Freight, Import, Export, Logistics, Warehouse would be advantageous although is not essential
