Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available with one of our clients and we are looking for an experienced Administrator to join an established company who are well-known for developing its staff to succeed in their career with the brand.
 
There is part- or full-time positions available.
 
Location: Horsham

Dynamite is working with an established construction and maintenance company in Horsham who are focused on delivering outstanding service to its clients and customers.

As an Administrator you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient administration duties for the Horsham Office, supporting the operational team in delivering maintenance services to the local authorities.
 
As an Administrator your responsibilities will be:
  • To record and update information from engineers, subcontractors and third parties.
  • To ensure all in-house systems up to date with required information
  • To respond to internal and external emails
  • Supporting the team to plan the day and ensure sub-contractors arrive on time
  • Allocate the right people, based on skills and their availability
  • To carry out surveys and support in creating monthly reports
  • Potentially lead the team at short notice to cover holidays, sickness, and any other leave
  • Carry out office safety tasks and order equipment when required
  • Ensure issues are being captured and feedback to the manager
 
As an Administrator you will have/be:
  • Exceptional Attention to Detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Good timekeeping
  • Have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident on the phone and quick typing skills
  • Flexible and open to working hours to meet the needs of the business
  • Confident and experience with dealing with people across all levels of the business and third parties
  • Ability to always remain calm and professional
  • Basic knowledge of building maintenance trades
