Salary: £9.50 per hour
Hours: 9am until 5:30pm.
Dynamite Recruitment is delighted to be working with this successful business based in Petersfield, they are looking bring on board an Administrator to support within their Remarketing Department.
As an Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Checking Supplier invoices and raising any discrepancies.
- Order logbooks and V5C documents.
- Liaise with suppliers, third parties and customers.
- Notify customer of final sum due.
- Answer the telephone and emails.
- Create and send out necessary letters and documents.
- Check Vehicle Condition Reports.
- Organise any mechanical work that is needed.
- Ensure supplier invoices match the authorised estimates.
As an Administrator you will have/be:
- Excellent customer service and administration skills required
- Professional telephone manner
- “Right First Time” attitude, Attention to detail
- Good Microsoft Word and Excel experience required
- Comfortable with working to deadlines and targets.
- Must be a team player as well as being confident in working under their own initiative
- Ability to converse effectively with 3rd parties, Auction houses and suppliers at a senior level
