Accident management – Commercial
Location: Fareham Area

Salary: £20k
Duration: This is a temporary to remain permanent position
Hours: Full time hours of 40 hours a week - between 8am-5.30pm (Mon – Fri)
Dynamite Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a privately held company based in Fareham area.
As a result of their ongoing success and reputation they are now recruiting for an Administrator to join their expanding team. As an Administrator you will work as part of The Commercial department to assist with managing ongoing customer contracts
Your main responsibilities will include chasing suppliers and customers to ensure bookings have been processed in a timely manner.

As an Administrator you will be responsible for the following:
  • Raising request for work to be completed
  • Manage and update online schedules.
  • Chase supplier & customers ensuring bookings are in place.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and set up new suppliers.
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Keep a record of call details using the internal system
  • Ensure all emails internally and externally have been managed with professionalism
  • Provide administrative support to the team on an ad hoc basis if required.
  • Issue Purchase Orders and input all final costs on Purchase Orders.
The ideal Administrator will have / be
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • The ability to liaise with clients effectively.
  • Must show accuracy and consistency when applying business rules.
  • Must be PC literate and articulate.
  • Previous experience working towards tight deadlines.
  • Be proactive in managing your workload.
  • Good attention to detail
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Have strong organisational skills
