Administrator / Customer Support
Start date : This is a position to start Immediately
Duration : Three months temporary initially with a possible opportunity for this to increase and possibly become permanent long term
Hours of work : 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday 37.5 hours
Salary: £10.25 per hour
Location: Chandlers Ford
Dynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a very well established fire and security business who are based in the Chandlers Ford area
Due to a busy and very successful period our client is in need of additional support within the operations team and require a temporary administrator to join them immediately

- Supporting the business in managing the company database
- Verifying data and amending data that has been processed incorrectly
- Liaising with customers via email and on the telephone to chase any outstanding details and documentation
- Liaising with third parties where required
- Data processing of highly important information
- Updating and sending of client contracts
- General administration
The ideal Administrator / Customer Service
- Will be available immediately
- Will have previous administration experience
- Will have good communication skills and experience
- Will have experience of liaising with customers on the telephone
- Will have good accuracy and attention to detail
- Will be fully competent in using Microsoft Office
- Will have previous administration skills and experience
