Full time - Permanent – Monday to Friday - 9am – 5pm    
My client is seeking a Conveyancing Administrator to join their team in the Shrewsbury office. This is an opportunity to join a large, well-recognised Block Property Management Company that have demonstrated their success in investing and valuing their staff to allow employees to achieve their career aspirations.
As a Conveyancing Administrator, you will not need to be from a property management background, however if you have experience working in a solicitor’s that would be desirable! Training, development and career progression is available for the right candidate who can demonstrate attention to detail, strong administration and literacy skills.
As a Conveyancing Administrator, you will be responsible for:
  • Dealing with incoming calls and emails
  • Providing overall support to the Branch Manager and the team
  • Updating owner’s details onto the system
  • Liaising with different departments internally such as Accounts and the Property Management department.
  • Corresponding with conveyancing solicitors
  • Issuing certificates of consent
  • Preparing deeds
