Dynamite Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administrator for our client based in Romsey
Main duties include:
- Co-ordinating and arranging visits for surveyors using excel spreadsheets
- Diary management
- Preparing quotes
- Logging and updating various logs and client folders/records
- Answering client calls and emails.
- General administration duties
Skills and qualifications preferred.
- Excellent IT skills preferably with knowledge of cloud based technology and shared diary systems.
- Microsoft Office 2010: Excel and Word.
- Microsoft Office 2010: Outlook (Email management)
- Good on the telephone with a confident and articulate phone manner.
- Strong organisational skills.
Hours vary between 0800-1800 Monday to Friday
