Job Description

Dynamite Recruitment is working with a corporate client who is currently seeking an Administration Manager to join their team in Fareham.
Full Time, Permanent – Core Business Hours
£25,000-£35,000 P/A- Depending on experience

The duties of the Administration Manager:
Leading a team of Administrators within a medium-sized department
Working closely with your support team, ensuring all staff have the tools, training, and systems needed
Assess ways to modernise systems and processes
Carryout outstanding people management throughout the team
Support the management teams with ad hoc projects
Experience needed:
Ideally you would have worked previously as an Admin Manager, managing a medium or large sized team, Working in a large office/ Call centre environment
Be a strong communicator with proven ability in managing a team
Be computer literate and be proficient in Microsoft packages
