Full Time Administration Assistant - Fareham

2-3 Month Fixed Term Contract - Potential to be extended!

£7.51 Per Hour + Full Company Benefits!

Full Time - 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm

Dynamite Recruitment is delighted to represent this corporate client in recruiting for a Full Time Administration Assitant to join their Fareham team on a 2-3 Month Fixed Term Contract!

The Role:

  • Entering customers information on the system
  • Discussing with customers their needs and selecting the best option for them
  • Liaising with external parties
  • Liaising with customers both over the phone and in writing
  • Raising and processing customer and suppliers invoices
  • General day to day administration

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have some administration experience, ideally from an office environment
  • Must have good IT skills
  • Must be comfortable with talking to customers on the phone and have an excellent telephone manner
  • Must be a team player, hard working articulate

The offices are easily accessible via car or bus!
