Dynamite Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for our industry leading client that are looking to recruit for an experience Administrator.
This client specialise in worldwide Air, Road and Sea Freight, you will receive full industry training but you must have Administration experience
Duties will include:
- Day to day assistance to the MD including managing their diary, appointments and arranging travel when needed
- General office administration
- Daily PA tasks
- Assist the accounts team during busy periods
- Element of credit control
- Maintaining finance records
- Data entry on client records
- Supporting the business operationally
Ideally you will:
- Have good communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Experience in an Administration role
- Some understanding of Finance
- High levels of accuracy
- Proactive and a forward thinker
