Admin Assistant - Southampton

£16,000 - £17,000 P/A + Full Company Benefits

Full Time - Permanent

Monday to Friday - 9am to 5:30pm

Dynamite Recruitment are currently recruiting for Admin Assistant. This is for an exciting and vibrant company who are looking for a driven individual to join their team in Southampton.

The Role:

  • Accurately inputting data on the company systems.
  • Handling incoming client telephone queries and responding to email enquiries.
  • Receiving and inputting supplier product and pricing information on to the system.
  • Supporting other members with day to day administration, ordering products and adjusting documents and online pricing.
  • Checking all prices agreed with suppliers, and confirming all other changes and amendments.
  • Working with the purchasing team, checking customers' orders and verifying details.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Any experience within Customer Services, Office Support, Administration or Data Entry would be ideal!!
  • Will need to have strong attention to detail!
  • Must have high levels of accuracy and excellent data entry skills.
  • Will have strong computer skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
  • Must be able to work independently and as well as in part of a team.
