Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join one of our top clients based in Lymington. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a stable and experienced team.
- Receive and Print all invoices
- Sending invoices to managers for authorisation and ensuring their return by a certain date
- Input invoices onto system correctly and onto correct category and schedules
- Entering payments on the bank ready for authorisation
- Writing out cheques to suppliers, getting them signed and in the post
- Filing invoices into individual property files
- Collating invoices for year-end account preparation
- Entering bank statement information onto system
- Filing bank statements-doing transfers where required
- Banking Cheques and transferring monies to different bank accounts
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Initial set up of new clients on the system
- Invoicing for non-budget items
- Assisting with bulk mail merges
- Deal with queries by email and telephone
- Answering incoming phone and responding to enquiries
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience within a similar position
- Computer literate Microsoft office/excel
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good team player
