Full Time Position!
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join one of our top clients based in Romsey. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a growing and progressive team.
- Support the Head of Accounts with finance duties
- Coding, checking and inputting invoices
- Reconciliation of all accounts
- Setting up supplier accounts
- Processing payments to suppliers
- Dealing with all client queries and managing them effectively
- Producing sales invoices
- Reporting daily sales figures
- Chasing outstanding debt
- Where any discrepancies or issues arise with sales and purchase invoices, raise this with the Head of accounts in order that a timely resolution can be identified
- Check expenses and receipts to ensure they're accurately recorded and the supporting documentation is adequate
- Assisting with Payroll
- Ad-hoc duties
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience within a similar position
- Knowledge of SAGE 50 and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work on one's own initiative
- A positive "can do" attitude
- Capacity and desire for development and future growth
- Organised and a high attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and work independently
- Confident and forward thinking
- Good verbal and written communication skills
This role will interview and commence almost immediately so little/or no notice period would be ideal but is not essential.
