Part Time, Permanent Position!
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a part time Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper to join one of our top clients in Albourne. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become part of an established team.
Part time - 3 days per week
- Dealing with the purchase ledger and invoice queries
- Sales Ledger/Credit Control
- Coding invoices
- Matching invoices
- Payment Allocation
- BACS Payments
- Bank Reconciliations
- Record expenses
- Keep the finance database up to date
- Ad hoc duties as required by the Senior Finance Officer
- VAT returns
- Accounts admin tasks
- Dealing with queries raised by colleagues and clients
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Strong Microsoft skills particularly Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Sage
