Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a well-established business based in Fareham. This position will be office-based and reporting into the Accounts Manager.
- Maintaining and processing the Sales and Purchase ledgers
- Reconciling petty cash, banking’s received and suppliers statements
- Chasing outstanding debtors to reduce aged debt
- Preparing payment runs
- Processing subcontractor payments
- AAT Level 2 qualification or higher (essential)
- Sage50 experience (essential)
- Ability to prioritise and work independently
- Confident and forward thinking
- Good verbal and written communication skills
