Accounts Assistant
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join an SME business based in Fareham on a part-time basis. This position will be responsible for the smooth running of the accounts functions and controlling all aspects of the sales and purchase ledger.
The part-time role is 25 – 30 hours per week with flexibility.
The Accounts Assistant duties:
- Managing the sales and purchase invoices and process all payments
- Management of petty cash, credit card processes and expenses
- Statement and bank reconciliations across multiple bank accounts
- Investigating any discrepancies and finding a resolution
The Ideal Accounts Assistant Candidate:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and capable of working within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritise and use own initiative in a dynamic environment
