As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:-
- Proactively manage accounts payable function including invoice processing, preparing payment runs and supplier statement reconciliations on bespoke ERP system.
- Proactively manage the accounts receivable function, review sales invoices, manage credit control activities and allocate cash to bespoke ERP system.
- Process expenses monthly and arrange approvals.
- Post bank transactions and reconcile daily.
- Assist with month end processes and ad hoc tasks.

- Proactive manner with the ability to work autonomously.
