Job Description
This role is looking to interview and start asap, the business has a 20-year trading history and has a strong order book for 2020.
As an Accounts Assistant, you will report to the Finance Manager. Duties include:-
- Input purchase ledger invoices on Sage Line 50
- Raise sales ledger invoices
- Credit control for the business
- Reconcile nominal ledger
- Bank reconciliation
- VAT returns
- Process payroll for weekly and monthly paid staff
- Assist with month-end duties
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:-
- Working knowledge of Sage, Xero or Quickbooks
- Immediately available
- Worked in a Bookkeeper, Accounts Manager, Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant capacity
- Ability to work independently
