Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join one of our top clients based in Fareham. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a busy and experienced team, in a fantastic office with a very friendly team who all enjoy working as a team.
The minimum requirement would be 25 hours, but flexibility will be available for the successful candidate.
The Role:
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Data entry
- Accounts Payable
- Ensuring invoices are processed
- Checking statements
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Matching delivery notes to invoices
- Preparing Supplier Payment Runs via Sage 50 E-Payments
- Processing monthly payments
- Daily and weekly reconciliations tasks
- Liaise with clients and providers
- Ad hoc duties as requested by the Finance Manager
- Previous experience within a similar position
- Current experience using Sage 50 (essential)
- IT Literate including advanced Excel
- Bookkeeping and Payroll experience is desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise under pressure
- Strong telephone manner
