Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join one of our prestigious clients based on the outskirts of Petersfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a stable and experienced team.
- Supporting the finance department
- Processing and managing invoices and payments
- Maintaining accounts, verifying and posting transactions
- Preparing statements and reports
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting with month-end procedures
- Ensure that adequate and accurate payroll data has been processed
- Processing of new starters/leavers on the system
- Checking payroll hours on a weekly/monthly basis
- Respond and resolve any queries relating to payroll
- Dealing with any accounts queries
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Knowledge of SAGE payroll is desirable
- Computer literate with a working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
