Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to support an SME business based in Southampton on a part time basis. This position will suit someone who is looking for flexibility and will be working closely with the Managing Director.
- Managing the invoicing function for the business
- Maintaining financial databases and ensuring client accounts are updated
- Resolving billing/invoicing queries and resolving any errors
- Issuing debit or credit notes
- Supporting the Managing Director with general administrative duties
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Use of Xero (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
