Accounts Administrator
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join an SME business based in Portsmouth, reporting into Senior Management. This role will be covering all aspects of the purchase ledger function, processing invoices and setting up purchase orders.
The Role:
- Maintain the purchase ledger from receipt of invoice and inputting to Sage
- Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
- Processing and analysis costs and controlling of stocks globally
- Statement and bank reconciliations
- Producing forecasts and reporting for management
- Previous experience within a similar position
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise under pressure
- Competent Microsoft Office user with excellent Excel skills
- Strong communications skills
