Accounts Administrator
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to support the accounts team on an on-going temporary basis for a business based in Fareham. This position will suit someone who is looking for their first role within an accounts department as training will be provided.
The Role:
- Managing the invoicing function for the business
- Maintaining financial databases and ensuring client accounts are updated
- Resolving billing/invoicing queries and resolving any errors
- Issuing debit or credit notes
- Supporting the Finance Manager with general administrative duties
- Finance Graduate or currently studying towards AAT
- Must be computer literate
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
