Accounts Administrator
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to support an SME business based in Portsmouth. This position will be supporting a small, fast-paced accounts team with invoicing, processing payroll and financial duties within the company.
The Role:
- Managing the invoicing function for the business
- Processing and administrate payroll
- Maintaining financial databases and ensuring client accounts are updated
- Chasing debtors and issue debit or credit notes
- Supporting the Finance function with general administrative duties
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Must be computer literate
- Ability to use their own initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
