Accounts Administrator
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to support the accounts team with invoicing and financial duties within the company. This position is based in Portsmouth and can offer the successful candidate scope for development within the accounts department.
The Role:
- Managing the invoicing function for the business
- Maintaining financial databases and ensuring client accounts are updated
- Resolving billing/invoicing queries and resolving any errors
- Issuing debit or credit notes
- Supporting the Finance Supervisor with general administrative duties
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Must be computer literate
- Ability to use their own initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
