Part-Time, 3 days per week, Permanent Position!
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Part-Time Accounts Administrator to join one of our top clients based in Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to support a growing and vibrant team.
They have onsite parking and the successful candidate will require to work every Monday and have 2 days flexibility.
- Processing all aspects of the Purchase Ledger
- Matching and coding invoices
- Assisting with debt collection
- Matching delivery paperwork to invoices
- Processing invoices/credit notes
- Producing reports for the Director on a daily/monthly basis
- Filing records accordingly in order to improve efficiency for the month end process
- Updating customer database to ensure invoice and payment dates are accurate at all times
- General ad hoc duties when required
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Must be computer literate
- Knowledge or experience of Sage (desirable)
- Good knowledge of Excel required
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet set deadlines
