Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join one of our top clients based in Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a stable and supportive team.
- Data entry of invoices etc into Sage Accounts
- Raise and control purchase orders/delivery notes as required
- Assist with the preparation of HMRC Intermediary Reports in respect to Sub-contract labour
- Assist with Reconciliation of Credit Card Statements and receipts
- Maintaining staff travel records
- Sub-contract staff records, always remaining conscious of Data Protection
- Processing Agency Staff timesheets and respective invoices
- Petty cash allocation and associated documents
- Receive deliveries and control associated documentation as required
- Assist in general office administration as required
- First point of call for answering incoming telephone calls and re-directing accordingly as required
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience within a similar position
- Experience with Sage 50 Accounts
- IT Literate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise under pressure
