Accounts Administrator
£11 - £14k, Depending on Experience
Full Time, Permanent Position!
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join one of our top clients based in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a busy and experienced team.
The Role:
- Assisting the Accountant
- New starter payroll processing
- Assist with service charge audits
- Processing invoices
- Processing purchase orders
- Matching invoices
- Coding invoices
- Dealing with payment and supplier issues
- Ensuring all suppliers are paid within set timeframes
- Statement reconciliations
- Raising manual purchase orders
- Bank account reconciliations
- Postal duties
- Chasing reports and scanning onto the system as required
- Answering and managing calls
- Ad hoc duties as required by the team
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience within a similar position (preferable but not essential)
- Experience in SAGE (not essential)
- Confident and reliable
- Strong team player
- Excellent attention to detail
- Will use your own initiative
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Would probably suit college/uni leaver looking for a career
