Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Accounts Admin to join one of our top clients based in Hook. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a busy and successful team.
This position is up to 4 weeks.
- Processing of Invoices
- Processing Purchase Orders
- Process bank statements
- Generating Customer statements
- Deal with Customers account queries
- Assisting the Finance Manager and helping with Financial Queries
- Raising purchase orders
- Setting up customer accounts
- General Administration duties and helping out where needed
The Ideal Candidate:
- OPERA experience (essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good Customer Service skills
- Motivated and a quick learner
- Previous Accounts/administration experience
- Must be enthusiastic and motivated
