Account Manager- Hybrid (3/ 4 days from home and 1/2 day in the office)

Location: Petersfield. You will work for 4 days from home and travel to the offices one day per week

Salary: £26000 plus fantastic benefits which include the following:

Hours of work:37.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday

You will be required to work 7.5 hours per day on a 3-week rota basis. You would work one in 3 late shifts and one in three Saturdays however you will be given a day off during the week.

Dynamite Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well-established corporate business. Our client has multiple sites and due to huge growth plans our client is now looking to expand one of their specialist departments.

We are currently looking for an Account Manager / Relationship manager to join the team.

As an Account Manager / Relationship manager you will be responsible for managing the relationship between customers and third parties. You will build and maintain strong working relationships

You will act as a main point of contact to assist all parties with their needs and enquiries . Each client and enquiry will vary and you will ensure that all parties are satisfied and that the deal / agreements runs smoothly. You are the glue that holds everything together!
 
Key responsibilities of the Account Manager / Relationship Manager are as follows
  • To act as a main point of contact between various parties
  • To manage any issues arising between both parties and ensure that things are satisfied
  • To effectively liaise between third parties to manage expectations
  • Maintaining and updating administrative and reporting systems accurately.
  • Maintaining strong relationships through regular, close contact which will include telephone and email communication and occasional face to face contact.
  • To support the training of new and existing third parties
  • To manage a busy inbox and respond professionally to emails
  • To complete administration to support with the above
  • Regularly updating senior managers of progress or areas of concern.
  • Constantly driving improvements and prioritising workloads.
The ideal Account Manager / Relationship manager will have / be
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally.
  • Ideally have worked as an Account Manager. / have been used to building strong relationships with others (desirable but not essential )
  • With have strong customer service / coordination skills and experience
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Effective timekeeping and time management.
  • Passionate about working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral.
  • Ability to apply numerical skills to analyse data and interpret facts and figures.
  • Ability to effectively manage introducer and staff relationships, promptly responding to queries, ensure commitments are kept and manage expectations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to convey processes clearly.
  • Ability to create and maintain accurate/accessible and organised documentation.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong listening and questioning skills
