Account Manager, Customer Support
Location: Waterlooville
£20,000 - £25000 basic, Realistic OTE 35K
Plus fantastic benefits and bonus
Hours of work: Monday -Friday 08:30-17:00
 
Dynamite Recruitment are working alongside an industry leading provider to recruit an Account Manager to join their business Immediately
 
Our client is a leading specialist within their industry and due to huge success are growing quickly
 
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for supporting clients with their needs via email and on the telephone
You will be tasked with looking after a wide and varied portfolio of clients, who are used to the highest levels of service, ensuring all work is compliant with company standards and policies.
Key responsibilities: to include but not limited to
  • To Receive calls and email from customers and to assist them with their enquires from start to finish
  • To manage incoming calls from customers which may consist of taking orders, answering stock queries, arranging delivery and dealing with repairs
  • To contact existing customers by phone to discuss enquiries
  • To build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business - THERE IS NO COLD CALLING IN THIS POSITION
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company database
  • To place all customer orders on the order management system
  • To process payments from customers and deal with account and credit queries including chasing outstanding payments
  • To visit customers as necessary to develop relationships and drive account growth
  • To complete all round administration
  • To produce and present reports as required relating to all aspects of your role and responsibilities
 
The ideal candidate will:
  • Have previous customer service or account management experience
  • Will be confident in dealing with customers
  • Have attention to detail and a professional and mature customer approach.
  • Be accurate and organised in record keeping and data entry.
  • Be passionate about customer care
  • Be able to build and maintain relationships
  • Will be competent in using miscrosoft office
