The duties:
* Look after and manage a large portfolio of clients and work towards ensuring as high a retention rate as possible!
* Contact customers to talk through renewals, the benefits of remaining with the company, and provide excellent ongoing support services. 
* Upsell and cross-sell products where possible, and appropriate, to ensure maximum revenue generation.
* Handle any new incoming business enquiries and convert them into new business sales where possible. 
* Adhoc project and administration work
Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Experience required:
* Must have previous customer services/office support experience, account management or customer support experience!
* Must be used to dealing with customers via phone and email!
* Must be confident, able to work independently and have a strong telephone presence!
* Will need to have thorough administration skills and good attention to detail!
