Dynamite Recruitment is delighted to represent this corporate financial services client in recruiting an Account Manager to join their team based in Winnersh.

Up to £21,000 P/A + Bonus'
Full Time - Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm

Quarterly team performance-related bonus

The duties of the Account Manager:
* Look after and manage a large portfolio of clients and work towards ensuring as high a retention rate as possible!
* Contact customers to talk through renewals, the benefits of remaining with the company and provide excellent ongoing support services. 
* Upsell and cross-sell products where possible, and appropriate, to ensure maximum revenue generation.
* Handle any new incoming business enquiries and convert them into new business sales where possible. 
* Adhoc project and administration work

Required experience:
* Office-based customer services or experience working in any financial services industry!
* Strong written skills in Word & Excel and excellent verbal communication abilities. 
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, whilst remaining professional and offering excellent customer service. 
* Ability to build effective long-lasting relationships. 
* Will be able to identify and deliver alternative solutions and encourage client retention wherever possible.
