Full time, permanent position
Monday to Friday, core business hours (flexibility to work part home and office)
Salary paying up to £32,000 P/A + additional bonus’
The duties of the Account Manager:
- Communicate regularly and build effective relationships with customers.
- Contacting customers regarding their renewals and identifying new opportunities to sell.
- Build rapport with each customer, understanding their needs and requirements.
- Carry out follow-up calls with the aim to close the sale.
- Report all sales activity and monitor customer contacts
- Manage your workload using CRM system.
- Experience working within a telecoms business- this is essential due to the level of customers and products you will be dealing with!
- Ability to communicate well written and verbally.
- Have previously been responsible for managing your own portfolio of customers/clients.
- Proven sales experience, new business, or account management!
