As a Trainee Account Manager you will support your clients from first point of contact through to completion and any further needs thereafter. In order for you to be successful you will need to understand the business and business and therefore would need to be happy to spend time training within each department.

Location: Portsmouth

Salary: £22000 -£27000 dependant on experience , plus commissions which is uncapped

Hours of work: 7.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday

As an Account manager you will be responsible for manging a portfolio of client accounts, building and maintaining strong working relationships whilst also generating new business opportunities

You will also complete administration to support with your account management

You will assist customers at the trade counter

In order for you to be successful as an Account manager you will need to understand the business and a full training program will be provided. This will require you to be flexible and willing to spend time within various departments initially.

  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
