Dynamite Recruitment is delighted to represent this corporate financial services client in recruiting an Account Manager to join their Southampton-based team. This company works nationwide, and they are a market leader in their industry.
Up to £21,000 P/A + Bonus'
Full Time - Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
Quarterly team performance-related bonus

Look after and manage a large portfolio of clients and work towards ensuring as high of a retention rate as possible!
Contact customers to talk through renewals, the benefits of remaining with the company and provide excellent ongoing support services.
Upsell and cross-sell products where possible, and appropriate, to ensure maximum revenue generation.
Handle any new incoming business enquiries and convert them into new business sales where possible.
Adhoc project and administration work
The Ideal Account Manager will have experience in:
Office-based customer services or account management work experience ideally from a financially regulated or financial services organisation such as insurance, banking, or claims!!! Any knowledge of PMI, healthcare, or commercial insurance products and/or services would be a huge advantage!
Must have strong written skills in Word & Excel and excellent verbal communication abilities.
Will need the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, whilst remaining professional and offering excellent customer service.
Will need the ability to build effective long-lasting relationships.
Will be able to identify and deliver alternative solutions and encourage client retention wherever possible.
