Account Manager- Hybrid working 
12 month Fixed term contract Initially 
Salary: £23,330 + Bonus
Location: Whiteley
Hours: Mon – Friday office hours

Our client are an award winning business who due to huge success are now looking to expand their customer service and sales team and are looking to recruit an Account Manager as a result 
As an Account manager you will be responsible for the following

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to build and maintain long standing relationships 
  • Attend meetings with potential and existing customers to strengthen relationships 
  • Managing relationships at all points up to Director level with various clients 
  • To provide support to our customers and the sales teams
  • To liaise with third parties both internally and externally to manage enquiries and provide resolutions 
  • To play an integral part in building relationships with our customers and the key role in the management and retention of the customer now and in the future
  • To maximise opportunities where possible with current clients 
  • Liaise with business customers in resolving problems and answering queries via telephone, email and web chat
  • To complete administration 
  • Delivering presentations to potential and existing customers
