Dynamite Recruitment is pleased to be working with a successful, international business who are currently seeking a telematics Account Handler to join their team.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of all products and services at all times
- Offering excellent customer services and striving to grow sales opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Working to and achieving targets and budgets monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Maintaining good relationships with clients at all times and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Arranging sessions with clients, showcasing products and services.
- Accurately recording client information and updates on the database and providing reports on sales statistics as required.
- Working as part of the sales team, offering support as and when required
The Ideal Candidate:
- You must have experience within a technical/engineering industry to be considered for this role- this is essential!
- Any sales experience, in a similar position, account management, business development, direct sales!
- Must be a strong communicator, confident speaking with senior management
- Need to be proficient in using all Microsoft packages!
