Account Development Manager / Account Management
Location: Fareham Salary: Up to £26000 plus you will receive a bonus for maximising your accounts Realistic OTE £32000
You will also receive great benefits which include but are not limited to

Hours of work : You will need to be flexible to work between 8am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday and one Saturday morning every few months
Dynamite Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well-known, fast growing service provider based in the Fareham area . Due to huge success they are now looking to expand the business and are recruiting for Client Account Managers.

Due to huge success out client have created a new department who focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with their clients and are now looking for Client Account Manager to assist with this and the development of the accounts
It will be your responsibility to make contact via outbound calls to customers who have previously used the company and also who have current spending accounts . It will be your job to nurture and build upon strong relationships whilst looking for avenues were you can potentially maximise sales opportunities and growth
As an Account Development Manager you will be responsible for the following tasks
  • To increase revenue with potential and targeted customers through building appropriate relationships
  • Cross-selling, upselling products and services that will be of benefit to the customers
  • Retention , ensuring that customers are happy with the service that they have been provided with and managing and issues immediately
  • To secure the initial orders with ‘slow-win’ customers in Inbound.
  • To win orders with new customers
  • To gather sufficient information about the customer in order to plan how to manage each customer with success
  • To maintain relationships on targeted accounts as agreed with management. Such Customers will be your longer-term responsibility even though Operations colleagues will process their orders initially. It will be your responsibility to keep in touch with these customers on a regular basis to ensure they are happy
  • To encourage and take customer orders via telephone and email and to identify the customers’ needs and select appropriate equipment.
  • To provide advice to the customer as appropriate.
  • To record information accurately using bespoke in house systems whilst highlighting the unique requirements of each job and maintain customer records.
  • To work on a number of jobs/ with a number of clients at any one time and to prioritise and maintain the accuracy of each request
  • You will recognise and pursue new opportunities developing relationships and rapport with decision makers. You will ensure the customer receives exceptional service.
  • You will work closely with your colleagues and Team Leader to ensure appropriate and seamless support for your customers whilst you are responsible for them.
  • You will seek and spot opportunities for additional sales and explore ways to ensure that these sales are delivered within the business even though you might not deliver the orders yourself.
  • You may be asked to resolve or help resolve relationship issues following service and other issues with customers from time to time.
  • You will complete administration to support with the above
The ideal candidate
  • Will have previous experience in managing client relationships , Account Management
  • Will be driven and focused to achieve targets
  • Will not be afraid to look for a sales opportunity . will not be afraid to make calls to customers
  • Will be inquisitive and not afraid to ask questions
  • Will have strong rapport and relationship building skills and experience
  • Will have strong communication skills
  • Will be resilient and capable of taking full responsibility for their customers
  • Will be adaptable to change
  • Will be fully competent in using Microsoft office
