Job Description
My client specialises in Financial Services and they are a market leader in their industry.
Full Time, Permanent- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Salary up to £23,000 (depending on Financial Services experience)
Bonus scheme + full company benefits
Ideally, the successful candidate will have a Financial Services background i.e. Insurance!
The duties of the Account Coordinator:
- Handling incoming calls, understanding each customer's needs and requirements
- Acting as first point of contact for clients
- Resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain all clients records
- Handling complaints when they arise
- Maximising all opportunities where possible
- Office-based Customer Service experience is essential for this role- ideally from a financial services background!
- Have worked within a fast-paced environment and can handle the pressure!
- You need to be resilient, have a positive attitude with a good sense of humor
