Trainee Recruitment Consultants - £18K - £20K pa basic salary + commission + phone (OTE £35K+ in first year) higher basic is possible for more experience.
Due to the successful implementation of Dynamite's Training Academy in 2017 we are now looking for our next recruits. If you have drive, self motivation and bags of charisma with experience within a targeted sales environment, then you need to get in touch with Dynamite. 

The Role
This is an opportunity to join our Training Academy where you will begin a 12 week training programme with the support of an experienced Training Manager, working closely with you to become a successful Recruiter.

  • 360 Recruitment position including new business
  • Generating new business on the phone and face to face.
  • Booking and attending your own meetings
  • Researching your market
  • Creating sales pipelines and marketing strategies
  • Spending time in the field getting to know the local businesses
  • Registering & interviewing candidates
  • Coordinating interviews and job offers
  • Building great relationships with both clients and candidates

To qualify for the opportunity you must :

  • Previous sales experience is essential but alongside this you must have the right work ethic to excel in the Recruitment industry.
  • Good level of education
  • Bags of enthusiasm, a desire to learn and the drive to always succeed
  • Professional and well presented

Account Manager - £22K - £25K pa plus commission and phone

What we are looking for... 

We require an enthusiastic Account Manager to take over a 'HOT' desk with great key and loyal clients with the aim to release someone into their promoted role within Dynamite. This will involve meeting with all clients, managing and maintaining the existing relationship yet recognising development areas when they arise. It will be the responsibility of the Account Manager to resource and source candidates for specific vacancies, fulfilling the clients needs and requirements to the highest level of service. 

What experience is required... 

To qualify for this opportunity we are looking for someone with previous experience in Recruitment. We would be particularly interested in hearing from candidates with an internal recruitment background or a consultant that is no longer keen with the sales aspect of the role. What is important that you are able to demonstrate experience of working under pressure, to tight deadlines and be someone who will match everyone's energy in the office! You also must have a good level of intelligence, be a positive and fun character with a professional and 'can do' attitude. 

Smart personal presentation is essential, as is infectious enthusiasm and positivity.

National Recruitment Manager - upto £30K plus commission, company car, phone, laptop. UK Travel required 5 days out of 7

Dynamite Recruitment is seeking a National Recruitment Manager to join the team in Havant and work exclusively with a client on a full recruitment outsource plan on a national scale. 

Based within the Dynamite office, although strongly representing our client's brand, you will be responsible for assisting with the exciting implementation project and to also continually manage our clients recruitment effectively and within specified timescales. Our client has recently gone through some significant changes resulting in some very exciting plans for the future.

This will be a unique opportunity for an experienced internal/agency recruiter to build a strong relationship with one particular client and assist making strategic plans to ensure all their recruitment needs are met and providing insight and reports to ensure we are maximising resources to meet the demands. 


  • Assist with the implementation project, including marketing strategy's, time spent learning the brand/culture, researching resources and tools
  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to ensure SLA's are met
  • Plan and attend recruitment events and assessment days across the UK
  • Manage the full recruitment process from selection to offer.
  • Use selected resourcing tools to attract candidates
  • Market your vacancies and create an attraction strategy
  • Build a key partnership with the client
  • Provide insight to the recruitment strategy. Tracking performance in a measurable way.
  • Meet objectives and SLA's set

The requirements:

  • Experience in recruiting is essential ideally within an agency or internal
  • Ability to recognise opportunities and can create ideas on how to improve the recruitment process
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel within the UK including overnight stays
  • Driving licence
  • Ability to demonstrate a professional and 'can do' attitude
